After reading the novel I felt like the new ML didn't even feel an inch of suffering and guilt of what he did. Felt like it was just a rushed story to let them end up together forcefully.

But please just spill what happens after that...i need in details. Cannot wait any longer

Ml wants MC to come back and he wants to cure him but MC refuses. And the side Ml asks MC to go back with him to his hometown and MC accepts the idea but then side Ml gets the news that his father is sick or something and had to rush back to his kingdom promising MC that he will take him back in few days and they part ways. While saying goodbye to side Ml in wilderness MC suddenly collapses. The two scholars from before find him and they both want revenge, so they throw his body in a coffin. Meanwhile the ml and MCs family goes crazy to find him but they couldn't find him. After few days or something MC wakes up and find himself locked in a coffin with a dead lady and a living baby, the dead lady gave birth to the baby. He adopts the baby and walks out of there. He doesn't go back to his family because he is going to die soon anyways so better be known dead now. He starts life as an old beggar with a baby to feed. While ML sticks bounty on him and anyone who finds MC will get lots of money. Life for mc gets more tough as he begs and gets kicked daily while he nurtures the baby.

I don't think Old Timeline Emperor intended on Yeo-dam to die. Yeo-dam died because he magically transferred the emperor's injuries to himself and couldn't recover from them. Old Timeline Emperor enjoyed having Yeo-dam's attention, even if he had to deceive and manipulate him to get it, and must have liked Yeo-dam fussing over him because he thought the emperor was dying

after that what happen? I want to know if he regrets what he did or if he blames it on others

The Current Timeline emperor hasn't faked dying yet and probably won't. It's a bit hard for him to regret things that he doesn't done and knows nothing about.

Because he didn’t know that human is built different and can die easily. He thought human is just like Jin clan, where getting severely hurt means nothing, breaking legs means nothing, because Jin clan will easily recover. He even just learn in this lifetime that human can die of starvation and that human needs to eat everyday.

I am assuming they give the wine to workers that do a good job or those they have meetings with. As for why it can only be her is partly by pin pointing it to be hers. After all there every few wine made that year so it became exclusive for royal to use. It was explained that the emperor hated that kind of wine and they made a lie to say that the other express doesn't have any. That would mean that the only people in the whole kingdom who would own that wine would be just that empress and her son.

As to why it incriminates her more, is that it was recently opened. So that would mean that someone just had a meeting with the doctor moments before he poisoned the king. It honestly could be just a coincidence but it raises dought as to why the empress would need of the doctor at all especially right before he tried to kill the king. Even today with crimes, even a bit of incriminating evidence can get someone questioned. So I assume that the wine and the meeting the empress had plus the doctor saying it was her is what helped arrest her.
