I understand what he's doing and I think we all get that part, but he should have learned his lesson about going to extremes and hurting innocent people to do what he thinks is right from the first time around
He was 19 years old when they met, and in Korea, anything under 20 is a minor
Personally, I get icked out when I see anyone over 21 going after anyone under 20 bc I feel like 18-19 year olds are still going through a lot of transitions so they feel like highschoolers to me even if they're technically legal BUT it's interesting seeing people call him a pedo for going after a 19 year old while usually the comments are so quick to say that 18+ is fair game, or to not have any reservations the second a character is 18
I mean regardless, it's kind of irrelevant bc it's 6 years layer when they're both grown as adults at 25 and 30+, plus it's fiction, but it's an interesting observation
He wasn't 19 when he was his tutor if I remember correctly our guy is twenty when the story first starts and in college. And the doc is in his thirties. So there's potentially a 10 yr difference. The main guys friend said the doc was wrong for messing with a minor and tells him to tell the doc as his tutor to wait till he's 18 and when our guy tells him that he stops and leaves.
So he was a minor when he messed with him originally. They just didn't have sex. Or do much besides kissing. I think it was wrong and honestly I just choose to not think about it.
So based on what his friend said our guy was at least 17 when the doc was his tutor but based on what he looked like I'm willing to bet he was even younger.
Uh I reread the beginning and on a piece paper it says he's 25 when getting the treatment so I guess your not wrong but his friend says he was a minor when he was being tutored and hadn't turned 18 so maybe he was almost there but not yet or something like a half a yr kind of thing.
They say he's a minor bc in Korea, 20 is adult age vs. 18 in the u.s., but he was 19 and everyone the u.s. considers that a legal adult
Y'all are forgetting its an omegaverse omegas completely lose their sense of reason or ability to deny when in heat and alphas completely turn into animals with one goal in mind, and ash REPEATEDLY tried to push Lyle away so that this exact same thing wouldn't happen and Ash, being an alpha who had to use disposable omegas for his ruts fully aware of what that encompassed INSISTED on going through this with him. Y'all are saying actions have consequences about ash but so do they with Lyle, he was being irresponsible too. Would this be okay or apply at all in the real world?
