No one? She doesn't need to be a warrior, a knight or even a wizard. She already has a title - she is a lady of the castle. It just she doesn't like her position in life, which is understandable, she did not choose it. But it's not a way to handle it - going to the dangerous mission with no preparation at all. Everyone are crying - they had no choice, they needed a healer. Naaah, it is clear that magic healers are rare in this world, knights are trained to handle themselfs. Healer is a bonus, yes, but they should have been ok without one.

No one is okay without a healer. They're knights AND humans. Their enemy are monsters which regenerates twofold their numbers. The least you want is to have anyone get injured and decrease the number of your soldiers which could potentially drag the fighting post and strategy of the team.
You said "they should've been okay". It is precisely because they aren't okay, and the situation isn't okay that the need of a healer is imperative.
I disagree. I’m also not really into soft or really weak fls but she really isn’t a damsel in distress she can handle herself pretty well and she doesn’t actually get in the way she just stays in the castle but now she actually wants to try, help out and actively, try to improve herself. Which she did she helped out many people and we can see her character slowly getting stronger. An example of a damsel in distress would be someone like Ruby, where she generally does get in the way and 99% of the plot is someone hurting her and big daddy ml comes and saves her. Ruby doesn’t try to improve herself at all and gives up so easily someone is slightly mean to her. She also constantly puts herself in risky situations. This fl doesn’t do that she tries actually her hardest not to get in the way and even if people are slightly mean to her, she still actively tries to improve herself and survive.
You are quite literally contradicting yourself with this. She HAS been sheltered and locked away by her family and her "staying at the castle to be a lady" would also be her being sheltered again. There is never a guarantee for her safety in a world like this one. She has been expressing her desire to learn and grow for (what we can assume within the timeline) at least a few months now! All Riftan has been doing is to push back and discourage her, instead of offering support. Why? Because he has a warped image of her.
Also they absolutely do need a healer. The story has made that quite clear
A liability. All knights are distracted babying her. Also she is not fit physically. She needs training. Horsback riding training, endurance training.

They are not in a position to deal with incompetence, lives are at stake. And I really don't get why in moments of need, her princess instincts to be saved are what she goes to first. They always gotta be screaming at her to use her magic.
