Have y'all heard about what the author of shutline is saying about Flashlight ?
For me this is pure jealousy because their accusations don't makes sense.
The plot is totally different, the characters don't look alike nor have the same personalities.
(personal opinion) shutline isn't that great , I tried multiple times to give it a chance but I couldn't really get into it.
I really hope that it won't stop the author of Flashlight from continuing their story.
lmaoo there are countless of BLs, especially Korean ones that follow almost the same format of character design.. they shouldve stated their claim with evidence but it looks to me that theyre just starting something that goes nowhere
the characters dont look alike, plot is different - only thing in common is just that its an english ml and a half korean as the mc literally it doesnt make sense. its def jealousy because the art here is also like 100% better
bruh flashlight and shutline don't even have the same plots, like shutline is more action focused while flashlight leans in more with romance and plot not rlly action focused. Both artstyles are nice but I rlly like how refined and well drawned the lines are in flashlight. And if they think the characters were copied off ts don't make sense cuz there are MANY black power uke and blonde semes out there I love both manhwas but definitely nothing was plagiarized
