I think its because usually when it's a good chapter and calm, people feel alright with it as it's face front so they don't really say anything. For example me, I wasnt gonna comment because its a good chapter in generally nothing messy to dicuss but then I saw your comment and was like, maybe I should even the appreciation to the calm chapters too because they also show the importance of the simplest of things and its fun to indulge in them with care.
Also the fact whenever Jamie shows up, many don't comment because we still don't have much info in general and do get confused with hisbpart of the story. Saw so many ppl ask who the dude in the red was. I think that's why there isn't much comments this chapter because focus JoIan chapters tell so much that it doesn't even need to be said.
