Ehh... no. That's not what was said. The story tells you they new each other in high school but that they ended up in uni together. That enomoto and hagino are in the same mayor but different year. And that the accident happened a month ago aprox (by ch 5) that's practically the same amount of time Enomoto has been hospitalized.
