I have a idea of why Kwon is "cursed" in this life back in one of the previous chapters there was a flash back and it had to men and another guys shadow behind the door based on the I think that Kwon is cursed because he "cheated" in his previous life
I would not say cheating maybe someone that loved him but they did not share the same feelings and cursed him. Like a friend that loved him but kwon loved ml and the other one hated this so cursed him so in there next life they will actually be together but sometimes history repeats itself
