"And even if they do look like one why does it even matter" yeah pack it upalso there's a huge difference with being petite small and looking like a twink vs having a literal child like appearance I mean take a look at this exanpleboth of them are petite and small yet they still look like a fully grown adult wherein in this one you cant really say ......
