This real reason Soun hasn't told Cheon Ho about his own obstruction is because his brother put a spell/blockage on him. Soun has no idea, and when Soun has attempted to tell the truth, he's always mentally redirected due to the blockage.

Cheon Ho pretty much admitted he loves Soun, and doesn't even care if he looks like a sap in front of his brother. Doesn't even know about the pregnancy, but still trying to secure Soun's safety in the case he dies in battle. That's real
Also, I love seeing Cheon Ho's face showing worry and concern for Soun in this chapter. I'm still happy we saw him displaying expressions of love and affection, especially while trying to figure out why he spared Soun's father and weirdo brother's life lol
