I'm not gonna lie, I kinda hate it when authors make them have a baby so soon when they have barely spent time with their first child. Like, yall are so quick to have a child when it hasn't even been that long in taking care & being attentive to their son.

Yuri deserved better and that ending just pissed me off. Literally gave her all and was used by the kingdom only to not be able to have everything she wanted. And dont get me started on how everything is just glanced over like that King basically kidnapped yall and its over like nothing. Plus the ml haircut was down right hideous at the end. I really loved this story in the beginning and followed it all the way through, but the author messed up & dragged it by adding the brother's storyline.
I have mixed feelings about this story. On one hand its a good, adorable family oriented action story. And on the other it gets drowned in nonsense & confusion towards the middle & end. And while I understand everything that happened, it didnt felt like everything flowed together or was connected. As it didn't feel like one of those stories that had a plot twist of a real mastermind behind the whole thing, the execution was kinda lackluster. One thing I did wish for is to show more of them being a family & possibly fighting monsters together, but overall it was an enjoyable story that's different than what I usually like.
Wow! Finally another fl that doesnt take the political marriage while being in love with the ml. Ive seen only 2-3 other fl that have done the same. The rest piss me off with the prolonged love triangle that isn't really a love triangle. Fl gets some props in my mind.
I read the rest of the chapters and let's just say the resolution is garbage. I really hate how they resolve everything with the whole "they had good intentions." Like that is not an excuse to anything they have done. And don't get me started on the father, the king, the man with the power to make actual change but instead just sent his son off. Like good on you to recognize your country is shit but to make no change after all these years is just insulting asf. Especially when the author wants you & the mc to forgive them but they have made no progress to change.

Girl you thought a man secluded in the woods was just gonna be a normal person. If she would just think for a minute and have more faith in the man that saved her verses a customer she would see he's not normal. Instead she starts jumping to conclusions.
This is one of those stories you randomly find that turns out to be an actual good smutty read. They were hot asf and I desperately wanted more. But I do wish the story was just a tad bit longer, just to resolve some plot points. Like it legit jumped from attempted assault set up by someone else to her child's birtn. Also, a personal pet peeve I have in stories is when the father basically pleads to the fl to not die in child or to not have the baby because he doesnt know if he would resent the child or not. Like wym???? And dont get me started on that whole being jealous of his own child. Ml truly predicted he would turn out like his father and that is truly the worst curse a child could endure. Still I ignore all that and miss their lovey-dovey moments that you rarely see in manhwas. This was truly smut done right with an intriguing premise.
The ml just sucks and is kinda worse then other actually abusive ml. As the others are intentional but everything he does is like those ppl that go along with shit that eventually gets others in trouble. You legit had a sword and couldn't even raise it the moment you got locked in there. Ppl like him that never stand firm in their decisions or cant set boundaries are the scariest.
The ending was just abrupt and annoying. I still hate the ml and in fact I hate any ml with a passion that just lets go of the fl to push her to another option. It just boils my blood when the ml has no backbone towards the fl and just uses her. I did, however, like his eyepatch it was something different from a typical ml. I also loved the little discussion with the goddess at the end about how changing your role leads to changing to story in general. And I like how they did it by changing other characters into villians who originally weren't. As most stories I read every character stays in the same role but they make the events happen quicker than they should. Usually, they don't turn a good character evil to fulfill the empty role. So, that was a nice twist to have.
