I love every bit of this, the pacing, the dialogue the art-- everything. Thank you for sharing this, I'm so excited for an update.
So worth it. The art is gorgeous and the characters are amazing. I can't wait to see the fight scenes get animated!
I see the main mc has trauma and identity issues with being fat. I hope he is able to put that aside later on. I was pretty sad when be called the girl a pig when she was nice to him. Now he is just being the same as the people who bullied him before :/
internalization of that kind of trauma is a real bitch to get rid of, let go of fully. Takes a great amount of effort and courage and backbone, most often this is the result of untreated bullying / trauma etc. I'm not saying he is not responsible for his actions, but it's just not such an easy road if the hurt is still festering somewhere inside of him. He's hopefully on the way to grow his heart. Inside and out.
