Tried to find the site where I read the full definition, but those phrases come from Chinese internet slang. A green tea bitch is someone who acts like they are wholesome and refined? But are actually a bitch on the inside lol. A white lotus is used to describe someone who is like a typical shoujo heroine: pureminded, kindhearted to a fault, unsullied like a white lotus lol. But it has grown to be derogatory in some cases cuz they can be clumsy or clueless, and not able to understand subtlety. Hope this helps!
