I think it could either imply that Little A is a switch or that there isn’t a strict Top/Bottom roles in it. So they’re fingering and banging whatever position they like, not being constricting to being in a sole Top/Bottom role

I suddenly remembered this bl and how I also had the same thought. Fr, I feel like the author likes pairing twinks with her tops (look at Mad Dog). Personally I don't care for size differences. The MC in his og body x the top would've been peak.
