Heck it was a weird start but cmon it wasn't as bad as the other bl stories out there. There were verbal abuse and spanking but it wasn't to the point of no return! The pacing was understandable and for the rest of you I suggest you wait out for the official translation. The story is not boring at all but gives you enough intrigue to keep on reading. Just trust me on this and try reading it.

Furthermore as far as these types of stories go- you could tell frop chapter 1 what it was going to be- and quite frankly it was SEVERAL times more humane than i had ever imagined walking into it. I dont typically like these either but at least I knew what I was walking into. If you read Jinx- that bullcrap is several times worse than this. At least ML in this has any morsel of guilt at all. some of these authors just love to use the pretext of psychological for whatever shit show mess they write.
jinx and bj alex are typical asshole turned character development trope, its pretty mid writing, but its better than this cringe shit of hyper fem omega submissive bottom gets sold to hyper masculine alpha top.
i only read enough to get an idea of what this story is about, because thats the way to actually judge a story, especially when there is no discerption.
side note- i dont mind when there is rape in a story, it just depends on how its presented...because romanticized rape is shit type of writing.

This is such a breath of fresh air (somewhat) and the artstyle? Even if no words were said the expressions were vivid. I love that the characters aren't something you have to second guess. They come off strong and gives off the vibes right off the bat. The way how the plot unfolds and MC and ML banters make this read worthwhile.

I hope the author is able to convey Kim Dam's vulnerability and recovery because I think it's not heavily talked about. I mean aside from showing that this all started from worrying his grandma's hospital bills. I'm curious how far Dan's mental health is going to reach and how JK will be part of it all (while slowly figuring out his own emotions with Kim Dan). I really hope we get a good narrative with a decent pacing and not something to put out there and congest in few panels just to get to the part where Dan and JK are both on the same page and happy ending blahblahblah. This coming chapters might be a make it or break it for me. Character development for both sides elevates a narrative and I truly wholeheartedly wish that this season will go different than S1. True I came for the smut but what Kim Dak and JK deserve is a good storyline that would actually bring these two characters peace and justice with a predetermine ending
