I think seungho is well aware regarding the rape but his feelings are just not in his control wen the painter chan just declares his feelings for the douche and jist gives no room for any third person. I think he is doing all this cz of the hopelessness of the situation, like being the villain wen painter chan turns to the douche for help then at one point he will see the douche's real face.
