BOTH the mc and ml get captured by the enemy nation maybe because the mc is tricked by his family into betraying the ml, it's not his fault but ml THINKS it is. they still wanna use mc to kill ml to prove his loyalty to they try to force his eyes open but mc goes and tries to rip them out instead (I feed on angst but not imprisonment by ml) ml finally recognizes that mc didn't betray him and idk where it goes from there

oh i read the novel reviews abt this story and i feel conflicted if i should read it or not.... seems like a lot of ppl have the same complain w the protags having no development or backstory in depth and everything coming to them easily (like in the manhwa finding shelters or food easily w/o having to scavange)
