Usually i'm a sucker for the black haired beauty but for me in this story, Izekial is just *chef's kiss. he's just so adorable and cute while also handsome. As for Jennette, she's naive but quite self centered....she doesn't know better but it doesn't change how annoyed I felt when she seems to think more about herself than Athy....sigh *eye roll. please hurry up and grow up so you realize and stop hurting Athy unintentionally with your actions

im going be honest, the impact factor was anticlimatic for the ear piercing. In the moments leading up to the piercing, I was anticipating a scene to be some intimate affair where they'd be sitting or standing close to each other, he'd lean in with his breath tingling her ears. She'd blush, her heart beating and he looks serious concentrating but making sure he's careful. She grimaces a bit from the pain on each ear and he looks at her caringly as she is thinking about the momentary pain. Once he puts on the earrings for her, she would look into a handheld mirror to look at her ears and compliments it; then as she turns her head to him, his face is so close that they can kiss. sexual tension is in the air for a will they/won't they moment but then a maid/butler or in this case shop keeper suddenly walks over and they split with blushes on their faces. yeah~ that's the type of cliche romance scene that this story just missed out on!
