I believe it goes that:
Alphas are more likely to get an omega pregnant.
Betas are likely, but not as likely as an Alpha.
Omegas are less likely, but not impossible.
But that was just my understanding from a brief summary I read. The lower we go on the list, the less likely they are to impregnate.
It depends on the author. Some authors have any one can get pregnant, others only have the omega with that ability. Omegaverse is not set in stone and every author does not follow the same formula
