I don’t know. I feel like the lead up was bland and the climax didn’t feel like one at all. The last like 15-20 or so chapters felt dragged out to force Saliou and Gabriel’s relationship because it wasn’t strongly established. By the end it still didn’t feel believable to me and I just wanted Paolo back. Saliou never felt as likable as Paolo despite him being the antagonist tbh.
you wanted Paulo back?? the Vampire that made the protagonist miserable and kept him in sexual slavery?? because Sailou's relationship looked rushed??? even though the protagonist has been in love with him since his childhood?? but no, you'll rather he stays with his rapist cause visually it looks better??.. ok then..

Taste is taste dude. We can have a difference of opinion. I stand by what I said. I liked Paulo’s character more. That’s that. That’s not to say he was a good guy, or his relationship with Gabriel wasn’t non-consensual, I just enjoyed him more. Simple.

imagine preferring a rapist who murdered orphans for food over his actual soulmate. Although I agree, the author could have developed their relationship more.

I don’t prefer their relationship, though the smut was great, I just liked Paulo better. *shrug* Buy you know what, I don’t have to explain myself. Y’all are immature. These aren’t real ppl. It’s fiction. I’m wiping my hands of this thread.

Why did you think arguing with someone who love a rapist because of " his character" was a good idea?
lol
