she's still a well written character. tbh, it's more realistic that she'll forget something so serious. specially when she's so busy. not all people get to remember something SO SERIOUS when they're so busy. PLUS NOT ALL PEOPLE will start to take action when they saw something strange about someone. it's rude to take action when someone doesnt need it (specially when lucy is hiding it from yvonne & that time she's w bianca, she knew bianca will talk abt it with yvonne etc)
im just glad that she's finally taking some action. plus it's better for lucy to be with them rather than staying there in the village
