Lol, I thought exactly the same... But why is everyone so offended when you say that 6 or 7 is too old for breastfeeding? Kid's not even a toddler anymore. Who breastfeed till the kid is seven?? Not entirely correct. The main story is just one version that is not 19+, for side stories there is a more expanded version with mature content

However, if you buy the printed korean version - THAT one definitely has more mature content. Also it's pretty cheap (even cheaper than buying all the chapters online)

I personally haven't seen any additional 19+ content for the MAIN STORY online, so it might be just for printed. Mind you it's not that much additional content, just a lil bit more for like a couple of chapters where they had sex.

To those confused the main story online doesn't have 19+ content only the printed books do.
For the side stories Ridibooks has it seprate from the main story as they contain mature content.
