i don't understand how miura forced a relationship upon jun, jun had the option to say no yet he decided to agree to date despite knowing he was gay and will never reciprocate her feelings. she never pushed her agenda on him- the mc is honestly a dick for not rejecting miura and intentionally ignoring miura and ryouhei's feelings. also, a side note, i want to give mr. fahrenheit a big hug.

Yep exactly, I understand the stress and anger and his feelings but we read his thoughts, we know what he wanted, he basically wanted the superficial nuclear family and wanted Miura to be a stepping stone into making a woman a baby- making machine and holding her captive in this relationship by acting as though he loves her while having another sexually and emotionally fulfilling relationship on the side. While the woman is none the wiser but at the same time is unhappy in the relationship because her husband is undoubtedly gay and no matter how much he tries to hide, you kind of always know when someone isn't into you. He did what he did knowingly and completely being selfish. And when he heard what Ryouhei said about liking Miura he thought that he always wanted to have sex with him and never Miura???????????????????????????????????????????????????? What about the guilt in taking her love and energy and feeling and time and trust selfishly while knowing he is lying to her about the entire thing????????? and also cheating on her??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We actually know what he said in the last chapter is a lie, we know he wants the family but he also wanted to satisfy his emotional and sexual desires with a man while not telling her about this.He literally said that. Him saying that he just wanted to see if he could be bi and live a "normal" life is a lie. He wanted both selfishly and there would be casualties in this relationship and he knew it. If he even owned up to that fact he would be redeemed but noooooooo, of course he didn't do that, man this made me sooooooo pissed.

Uh, I can try and explain the subtext of coercion if you like?
You can also see my earlier comments on post if you’d like.
But basically jun is wrong for accepting her confession inauthentically. And he knows this, and that’s why he feels conflicted on the entire relationship, but tried his best to make it work since he wanted to be normal. Which was also a survival tactic because Jun’s trying to fit into a society where gay couples aren’t acceptable.
Whereas Miura, is wrong because she plays the fool. (Read The reasons below for why I think she plays the fool).
By fetishizing fictional gay men and holding onto the false belief that gay men don’t exist irl (see ch 1). It makes it harder for Jun to come out to her.
Miura also doesn’t respect boundaries or care for jun’s uncomfortable expressions, which is why she interprets the body cues as positive or outright ignores them (see ch 3 & 4) where she willingly ignores the fact that jun could not have sex with her and ignores jun’s uncomfortable expression when the big sister’s bf gropes him and instead she takes pictures of it.
Miura literally lashes out at jun for being gay and generalizes that all gay men are cheaters (See ch 5 & 6)
Miura willing ignores and continues to foster a relationship with a known gay man. (See ch 8 & 9). In which she tried to embody the straight savior complex, her subtext reading as how she doesn’t believe gay relationships should exist irl. Which is why she keeps pushing for a straight relationship with Jun.
Which is why, instead of doing the right thing, and severing the bf/ gf relationship and staying by Jun’s side as only a supportive friend.
Miura does the wrong thing, and says to jun that she won’t give up on the relationship with him and how she’s still his girlfriend.
There are also more reasons why I think Miura plays the fool. But I’m keeping this short because people have already complained that I write too much for them to read.
Overall I think both characters are interestingly complex, and are well written because it gives them a sense of realism for being imperfect characters.

Also, here’s my reply to the other person who commented that they think Jun is bi is obviously wrong because it’s obvious he doesn’t find women attractive romantically or sexually because he was turned off by straight porn and he failed to have sex with Miura.
and then, that person falsely claimed that because jun is somehow “bi” which somehow led Jun to get into a relationship with Miura to “use clueless women” and somehow doesn’t feel bad about it. Which is also a wrong conclusion based on a false argument because Jun already knows what he’s doing is wrong and he expressed severe guilt over it. So much so, that it eats up inside. Which gives him both a pained and twisted expression when he accepts Miura’s confession.
This leads me to conclude the original poster is bi phobic and has the social IQ of an rock for not being able to read subtext for drawing the wrong conclusions.
