(DISCLAIMER; MY OPINION/RANT. I apologise if my point isn't clear in advance and for any mistakes) Maybe I'm viewing this wrong way, but in chapter 12 when Yuri loosens Ivy's corset in good faith, Ivy reasonably freaks out.
But Yuri's inner thoughts during the scandal really rubbed me the wrong way. Yuri was upset, (yes, she wasn't fully aware of the etiquette of a man touching a woman as she wasn't used to being a man.) but her anger directed at Ivy was irrational. Her internal thoughts to be more specific. (I'm not disregarding Yuri's feelings and emotions FYI)
I'm against her thoughts because usually when a woman is assaulted/ harassed by a man NO ONE BATS AN EYE. NO ACTION IS TAKEN. However Ivy's case was taken to the LITERAL EMPRESS. As a fellow woman, I feel like Yuri should have been glad that happend, (Yes I know Yuri's entire career and future was at stake here) especially in the earlier times. Since Yuri's from the present future, she knows how woman still have it difficult and how men get away from things unscathed.
And the women in the castle being wary of him is valid. If you heard that a fellow woman was even [allegedly] done wrong by a man, as a woman, you won't trust him. Because fellow women know the drill. They know what happens in society. They know personally the treatment towards women. They know how to support each other, even if they don't know them. It's sisterhood. It's womanhood.
I think Yuri should have been more understanding.

She certainly held negative feelings toward Ivy at the beginning, but just imagine being in her shoes, first panicking and doing what at that moment she thought was the best course of action and then being utterly shamed and blamed for it. Even though deep down she knew it wasn't Ivy's fault, she has emotions as well and couldn't help but being in a awkward position with her. She also admitted that if she was in Ivy's position she would do the same exact thing and actually put none of the blame on Ivy. Yuri's internal monologue at that time was her at her most emotional state, we cant be clear headed and logical at all times after all.

A person’s thoughts aren’t always nice. We forget about it because when we read through a character’s point of view, the author wants to make a sympathetic character and so chooses to make them think and act the same. In real life though, we rarely act on our thoughts and sometimes we are embarrassed of the things we think. I think it was very realistic, because in most cases, even if we think something that would make us ashamed, we realise it’s wrong (maybe later than we would like) and act differently. So, although I agree that it’s not a nice thought, I have to say that it is realistic and it doesn’t make me like her less as a character.
