So I don't remember it all cuz the spoiler comment was weeks ago but basically, she's the main character that was tortured aka the "lady" but was reincarnated as a "npc" because of an unfair death. Her lover in the past life (ML right now) made a deal with a devil to save her. Now they are stuck in the game with ML going to the mansion every single time and dying 98 times cuz he can't find the room of truth. At first they remember each other, but after the -th game they lose their memories little by little, until they dont recognize each other and FL thinks that they're in a game. At the end the ML finally found the room of truth but the FL cant go outside the tower for some reason (i forgot). Several years passed and ML lost his memories in the tower and FL was finally able to go outside and search for him. The end scene is a kind of open ending with the FL calling out to the ML.
