I really enjoy this story but my god are the translations terrible! I usually appreciate any kind of translation since i myself only know english, but putting words through google translate and then slapping them back into text bubbles without even bothering to check if it makes sense is just lazy and frustrating

Kinda feels like they've been speed running the plot ever since sayi left for the north, and it feels like a lot of details have gotten left behind in the process. Like, Karlen's kid brother was taken as a political hostage and he snuck in as a guard to get him back, but when the plague breaks out he thinks the best idea is to go back home and help? Without rescuing his brother? Dude isn't a doctor, and he didn't know the extent of sayi's healing ability nor have any plans to even bring her with him, what use would he have been other than moral support and another body to throw at the problem? Why did they completely gloss over whatever agreement sayi made with padie (who is apparently anne's daughter!) and never mention it again? What happened to Sayi's ability to heal herself of almost any kind of greivous injury?? Seriously, its hasn't come up again since like the second chapter, and they could've used that during the hostage swap to trick them into thinking sayi was dead, at least for a little while. And don't even get me started on how hard they sidelined elliot. Second male lead syndrome is strong with this one.

I'm really liking this, but I guess I don't understand how killing and framing one noblewomen for starting a forest fire was supposed to put a stopper on the war. Clearly there are issues that run much deeper than just that one incident, but Margaret had literally zero power or sway in anything. She said herself that she was considered to be a useless heir by society. Even if she was her house's only heir, her parents are both still around and presumably young enough to have another child, so getting rid of Margaret shouldn't have been enough to knock her family out of power. Also, is this supposed to be one country with 2 regions, or two separate countries? Is there not a king or some other governing body that could do something about this civil war?

I guess they killed her to appease the public. Because many believe that the northerners are at fault that the war happened, they just wanted the parents to feel how it is to loose their child like the common people who lost their children or family. It stopped the war temporarily, or rather, it’s a temporary truce. The thing with the governing body/king not being present is confusing, maybe it will be revealed at a later point? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I really like how Ash is treating Chloe. In a lot of these stories the ML thinks that giving gifts and pushing affection onto the FL will magically make all the hurt and trauma from their abusive past go away. But here Ash isn't pushing anything onto Chloe, and instead is letting her make all the decisions. He gives her back her freedom to choose, from big decisions like how she wants to live her life going forward all the way down to whether she will allow him to brush her hair out of her face. He respects her boundaries(LIKE A REAL MAN SHOULD), and leaves it up to her to decide if she's ready to meet other people or go out. He makes a suggestion, and she chooses whether she wants to do it or not. And yeah, I know he technically bought her and its super fucked up that its apparently a legal and common thing to SELL YOUR FUCKING WIFE, but he's giving her all the space and care she needs without being overbearing and pushy. I really, REALLY hope that the story keeps up this good behavior

Preach! As someone with PTSD and someone studies psych, I just kept thinking "oh my god, he's doing the thing, he's doing the thing you're supposed to do!" He's giving her limited options to keep her from getting overwhelmed by suddenly deciding everything herself, he's being really clear that it is her choice, and he's asking about and respecting her boundaries. Holy fuck. I never see this. I love him.

It pisses me off to see the knights treat Maxi like trash just because of who her father is. Even if they don't know that he abused and mistreated her, she's a woman and has no saying what her father does. In time periods like this, daughters are seen as tools for political marriges. They aren't allowed to go against their fathers and have almost no control over their own lives. So for these dickheads to be all bitter and bitchy just because they don't like her father is so childish
Look I like a good pornhwa as much as the next person, but those 3 panels of plot might as well not exist. Like, author could have at least tried?? Also, how did she not snap her neck when her tits slammed into her jaw lmao
