It can b upsetting for so many n they may not b able to stomach these type of reads.. but the truth is, some of these events may have happened to some people or the anxiety thoughts that engulf some.
Take these reads as awareness - awareness of ur surroundings, the people around u, the suffering of a POW, abusers, the difference of love n control, etc.
It may b disgusting, revolting, stressful n u choose to bash and try to band the authors for showcasing humans fantasies n committed atrocities.. but what about the victims n soon to b victims? Don’t forget about them n turn a blind eye, just because these reads dont fit in ur ideal world.

Where does the “glamorizing rape” come from? Is it because of the smut or how the abuser treats the victim? When the abuser is being sweet to the victim after everything he has done to the victim? Some of yall r confusing glamorizing to what actual manipulative, possessive n controlling some people r, in their nice state. Do u really think that an abuser is mean n treating the victim like shit all the time? No, the abuser “rewards” the victim - mentally conditioning the victim. This isn’t for kids or kid-like mentality - it’s honest to Him what some people go through, regardless of being hot or not.
That’s how manipulation works - Breaking down someone to the point the victim can’t see themselves w out the abuser. Putting the victim in situations where the trauma n anxiety is so much, they cling on to the abuser even if they know the abuser is the cause of it. The abuser fucks the victim mentally n degrades them to the point the victim believes it, because the abuser themselves r what they action.
There is no happiness, there is no happy ending - Both characters r fucked due to what they have done n endured. N this is why I love this Author so much.
