Probably the Bi no Isu series by Ike Reibun or basically any of her other works really. For basically two reasons: 1) Plot is great and 2) The sex is always deliciously intense. Besides that I'd love to see Canis or Hidamari ga Kikoeru also get animated too even though they're shounen ai's.
