The novel ended with a lighthearted ending, so of course, she wouldn't have known all these things. That's also the reason why she died. She wanted to meet the author of that novel, so that she could ask why the book was called "Persona" however she died before she could do that.
The novel is written by Abel's POV, so mc only knows what he knew, not to mention author of "Persona" dropped it i think? They either dropped the novel or didn't finished yet, also mc mentioned how she asked why the name of the book is "Persona" since so far it didn't make sense and she finds herself in the book before she got an answer. So no, she didn't know about the deep plot since all of her information came from Abel who was apparently brainwashed by this greasy priest.
Also, I read a spoiler about the reason why she reincarnated and I'll let you know that her character itself is quite complicated. I can't call it Mary Sue, but it's understandable why some would think like that. We're only at the tip of the iceberg, so we just need to wait for the story to progress.
