They actually use a software called paint studio clip. Most manwha creators use it so their work would be easier and they can meet their weekly deadline. They use it for backgrounds, 3D action model, misc items, animals, accessories, people, etc. That's why you'll notce a similarity in those stuff in other manwhas as well.
