No, this is a flashback in Yousuke's side story that he has when he's older and living with Iwaki after Katou's death. Iwaki jerked him off in his lap. That's how he "taught" him about sex. And Yousuke was thinking about how Iwaki's hand felt. He's in love with him and angry that he looks like Katou and Iwaki sometimes mistakes him for Katou.

Only one problem. Iwaki is an android. Sooooo.... yeah. How does that work?

Wtf that’s sooo weird why would the author do that?? I’m dead. I’m just gonna pretend that that’s just some multi universal shit she made up for shits and giggles. Although i can’t deny I find it somewhat sweet that Yousuke looks like Kato and has a crush on iwaki. Like I want Yousuke and Iwakis son to have their own separate stories(not them as a couple)
