And yes TJ is at fault for other things, if the raping happens it is not TJ’s fault though. Everyone keeps blaming TJ when Ian also stayed by choice. Maybe Ian was scared of running away or maybe he was scared to let TJ go since they both were young. The whole situation between both of them is complicated and if you care about someone so much it is really not easy to let go, we’re humans our emotions always make us do stupid things.

I love Jo but I am not sure how his obsession with Ian will save him in the future. Both him and TJ are toxic for Ian however I hope there is character development for all three of them!

I agree that tj has done bad things, but blaming him for ian getting raped is not it. that's like me blaming my friends who left me alone on the night I got assaulted. also, although I'm a tj girlie, I feel like this is where the author will show how Jo is better than tj. like, he'll make different choices than the ones tj made, and we'll see he's the better option. my only complain is that the author doesn't showcase this through Jo saving ian from getting raped. idk why but that just rubs me off the wrong way. I think maybe cuz ian would be subjected to SA just for the sake of making jo look good, when there are a thousand ways that can be done. anyway, it hasn't happened yet & I do trust doyak to write up a good chapter!
