One of the characters name was Alyosha (he was blondish and alpha). MC is his step brother and also alpha who took a drug and turned himself into an omega. He wanted to “protect “ his brother from another omega who was involved with mafia.
Guys I think that’s a god or smth who took the body of that person, that’s why he said stuff like that. Doesn’t mean he is toxic yet, just not who we thought he was
