Hi so I’ve done so much searching and am REALLY hoping someone will have a similar niche taste and can help me out. I want a feral child kinda story or survival alone in some wilderness or other world or similar where we really get to see the MC living on while alone. I mostly read fantasy but I’ll extend to modern if it fits for this trope. I love when a character has a personality that’s a lil crazy or dgaf after being alone for a long time, but most mangas skip to their return to earth too quick for me. Constellation from hell and Seoul Station Druid (and kinda returned with a god) had the type of character I’m meaning, but the time spent reading of their solo journey wasn’t all that long before they started having followers or peeps interacting a lot (still all favs). Are you lost has a good kinda setup but there are too many peeps to get the feeling I’m wanting. Helmut: forsaken child from the novel I loved the background til he joined the mercenary group. It’d be great if they had enough chapters to get into, color preferred but I’ll read black and white too long as the art’s decent. Gender and age of MC doesn’t matter, I just wanna see them surviving somewhere getting by for a good while on their own and not expecting or able to make a change for a significant period of manga time. I don’t mind if there’s eventually people or romance if it doesn’t come for a while or either stays small amounts when others join. I really don’t know how to search for these anymore except the ones I’ve already found and read til I’m bored or caught up, and I know being stuck alone isn’t super exciting in many cases so it may not be popular but pleasseeee hook me up if you have something that might fit!!
