I would have liked to see more internal monologue and his rationalization for the cheating as well, not just "I wanted a comparison"??? If he was this in love with the guy, just seems like such a nonsensical flippant attitude to have for someone you seem to love so much. Maybe that would make sense being young and dumb, but then maybe show that realization of him having made a mistake and how deeply he regretted it etc.
Still giving this 5 stars because the plot, art, and second couple was cute, but the main characters could have used more work.

It does seem to happen at around chapter 24 or 25, basically as soon as he goes to the art exhibition, I thought I wasn't there yet and that I was being played with a momentary wholesome scene before the storm but nope it does just do a 180 there.
