Only on chapter 26 and this feels like an endurance read. The rape and blackmail goes on for sooo longggg. Only reason I'm still reading is in hopes that the uke starts getting into it, and the BDSM depiction is really good (aside from the lack of consent and after care...) Why can we never have consensual BDSM with consent and after care? Why can't I have nice things?

I'm actually of the same opinion, like I'll finish reading it because I read everything but man this just makes it like every other manga out there, it's recycling all the same old tropes even So weird all the crazy fetish shit in the beginning and then it just goes completely vanilla, I've never felt more confused in my life. It's like this author thinks BDSM can only be done by truly sick people.

It does seem to happen at around chapter 24 or 25, basically as soon as he goes to the art exhibition, I thought I wasn't there yet and that I was being played with a momentary wholesome scene before the storm but nope it does just do a 180 there. No kidding about the wholesomeness though I got whiplash from how quickly the story turned around lmaooo. Interesting that they are known for this!

All my homies hate Ritsu.
Seriously tho, can't believe the author had plans to make him even worse... The hell. I would have liked to see more internal monologue and his rationalization for the cheating as well, not just "I wanted a comparison"??? If he was this in love with the guy, just seems like such a nonsensical flippant attitude to have for someone you seem to love so much. Maybe that would make sense being young and dumb, but then maybe show that realization of him having made a mistake and how deeply he regretted it etc.
Still giving this 5 stars because the plot, art, and second couple was cute, but the main characters could have used more work.
Gyat damn that was a meal ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
