I agree, it's just because some yaoi have more smut than others, the more boring it looks the less smut a manga/manhwa has, and I do think the more desensitized you are to it the more you *might* need more smut to find it hot or smutty at least, so people more new to yaoi or less desensitized are going to be more turned on by less happening. Good writing exercise, but you stated at the beginning that you were in a dilemma but seemed quite satisfied in the end with not being interested at all in the guy, so what is the dilemma? And fr if this happened irl the guy would be lying and just trying to get in your pants, sorry to say. Not that that's a bad thing, you could hit it and quit it......   reply
