As someone with shit eyesight here are some tips that I should yet don't follow. (1) Try not to use devices late into the night, especially if you don't have a blue screen protector on your glasses, it worsens your eyesight as it puts strain on it. (2) Try to do some eye exercises, not sure how to explain this bc I generally just don't do it, ......
