It is. But be warned the Art is Really really really bad at the beginning. But it gets really really better as the story goes on.

If you mean a tsundere that punches the mc every 5 panels, then no. There is Romance but it isn’t a huge focus (might change in season 2, idk). Overall I liked it, the mc does get annoying along the line but I’m pretty sure he grows out of it, he just going through a lot.
