There should be a small circle thing appearing in your screen one tap translates whatever's in your screen if you're an android user, there should be an on/off button, the purpose is to start screen translate. So there should be a small bubble appearing on your screen. Also you need to turn on background use permission in settings to be able to use the app, much like messenger
If you're an ios user, you need to go to settings and turn on assistive touch, there should be double tap and triple taps, click on one of them and you they will translate.
On IOS, you need to set up on something that is called shortcuts, so when you go and turn on assistive touch, click on double/triple tap, find tap translation
Every 15 translation, you get ads, inconvenient but out of every screen translation, this is the easiest to use in my opinion
