I know that this story is very realistic
But things like this make me puke when men have multiple children with multiple women at the same time I know that the women are okay with it but it makes wann throw up

You’re of course free to feel the way you do, but I disagree. I can’t say I like it but I definitely don’t find it disgusting, especially for the circumstances in this story in particular.
I actually find it refreshing that all 4 of them are on the same page. It’s sort of nice to see how peacefully they all live together and how none of the girls really get jealous of each other. (Putting aside the want to become Empress)
And, honestly, the way he handled everything makes me respect the Emperor a lotttt.
He put his feelings aside for the sake of not only Paulina but everyone in the Empire. He knew it was best to marry the other girls, even if he didnt want to. And, despite not loving them like he loves Paul, he treats them all equally, fairly, respectfully and like wife’s. Idk I know not everyone will see it the way I do but their relationship gives me a feeling of peace.
