You're right, it kinda irked me to. However, they said that the women will start losing their memories as time passes. So I think from the moment they were transported there, they were kind of brainwashed by magic to not make a fuss and just accept whatver is presented to them. I mean it was hella strange how not one woman cried and asked to go back to her world, and just agreed to sleep with a strange man in a strange world. So I believe there is some magic in play there.
