You could see from this cover that the mangaka drew each of the character so distinctly from the other that it immediately separated it from those other yaois. plus the story. The smooth pacing killed me, literally awsl. I was suspicious with the first chapter at first - got my gut twisting there - but im so glad it turned out so gooddfffff.
