How do u get rid of sleepiness without caffeine
this is what I do when my chronic insomnia+ nightmares act up again lol. I suck on something sweet. lollipops/tootsiepops/gummies/popsicles. i will contuined to suck until its gone (do not bite down, just suck too slower get it down so u do not have much.)
