I Reread chapter 11 of zombie hide sex the picture is different compare to the ones that in the chapter 2 so basically there are 3 separate universe.
I mean it could be, they are slightly different, but I figure it was close enough it was probably an editing mistake. The one they took from the original world (on page 35 of chapter 2) just looks so similar to the one from zhs.

my guess is someone uploaded the chapter on b//ato.to (another manga site, hence the b//ato watermark page in the beginning) and then mangago automatically stole the chapter from there and uploaded it here. i’ve heard mangago has site crawlers for that, so it’s not an actual person, just a bot
the higher quality might be because uploads ln b//ato tend to be more high quality imo
