Im wondering the same thing but I think since Kang Da Hyuk has only been with women before Taeman he might be the top . Also in some scene where they kiss and are about to do it it looks like Kang Da Hyuk is more dominant than Taeman? Idk if this makes sense

How was youngwon actually involved in the making of the virus? Is hohyun actually the key/vaccine to the virus? I'm still so curious but there's no side stories
Also, how does youngwon loop in the first place? Like in the manwha it said that it's bc hohyun is the key but, what exactly happens after hohyun dies? Youngwon gets sent back to the day of the virus outbreak, but why? How? What external forces are making it happen?
