Dannng I was not expecting that at all!! However since she is the strongest out of everyone and could literally do anything with her cheat skill why does she continue to work in a brothel? Not trying to bash on it but at times she seems to like it and at other times she hates it, so I don’t understand why she stays. Especially with all of the abuse she had to endure from those soldiers.
I get it, blondie was abandoned and got hurt so now he wants his revenge, but by that logic why not go after his actual blood relatives that didn’t want to help him. The FL’s mom and that guys dad were only together for 2 years yet he expected them to just take him in??? Nah get revenge on your own blood that knew you from birth yet didn’t try to help out. And yes obviously what the FL did is messed up but she barely knew this kid and they were already poor. I’m sorry but if my dad was only dating someone for 2 years I would not expect that family to take care of me.
As for the FL she never cheated on her husband, yes she should’ve told him that her ex was the director, but she never did anything with him. So I don’t get why people are hating on her so much. You can’t always choose who you work with if you want to climb the social ladder. But at least she never put herself in a position of cheating. And yes she sucks because she put her work over her family but isn’t that what most men do in this era anyways? Men work long hours and women end up being housewife’s and that’s just expected as the norm but god forbid it’s the other way around.
Now for the ML I think he makes me the most mad. I don’t think he ever truly loved his wife. He just saw an opportunity to be with someone “out of his league” and took it regardless of how he actually felt about her. And then he CHOSE to be a stay at home dad but then harbored extreme resentment towards his wife for it. He’s got hella communication issues and an inferiority complex as he’s stated multiple times. So honestly he needs to grow up and stop purposely hurting his wife just to make himself feel better about the choices he chose himself.
Overall everyone is just dumb and selfish especially the brother and ML. So I hope the daughter doesn’t get hurt by their selfishness.
The art is very nice and I liked the concept of him having bad luck unless he was with his fated partner BUT the male lead feels super toxic!!! I mean he practically forced the MC to be with him by acting like he is gonna harm himself and then forcefully touches the MC when he is passed out drunk. Like that just screams toxic and creepy.
There was this manga I read years ago and I’m trying to find it again. I pretty much forgot most of it but I do remember the characters had a group chat that had the same name as a constellation. I think it was Polaris??
Maybe I’ve read too many like this but I couldn’t get past the first chapter. It just felt too rushed and cliche in how they met. And honestly I don’t really see why she was trying to so hard to get close to him when she didn’t even know him, unless she fell in love with his looks. Lots of people get dumped, I don’t see the FL chasing after all those guys
These last few chapters have been so fluffy I’m gonna die from cuteness overload!!!!!
I still don’t like Aches’s friend. She’s super fake and even in the story where her friend is the main character she still sucks and was never a good friend to asche.
