These guys are gods among men of course there will be a lot of confident and arrogant people.
MC has a thing about hiding his identity and everyone else either thinks they are the strongest in the area or that their money or their parents' money can solve any and/or every crime they do against humanity starting with those around them
This is nice but I don’t understand why he has to hide his identity. He should be able to be himself freely without having to hide what he’s capable of doing. That’s what I mostly don’t like about manga like this.
I mean his parents r supposed to be like the most powerful cultivators cuz they have the highest rank of cultivation right? They're not trying to make him be someone else or anything. It's just that, like in the beginning he really thought his parents were just some country bumpkins/farmers or whatever. The point of going to school wasn't to learn what everyone else was learning but what they already knew, ie. common sense. Things like the value of money, because his parents never took him shopping in town, or communication skills with his peers, etc.
Also, since his parents are so important, I imagine their names are pretty well known. Like, you can't just learn all of that out in the middle of nowhere. Pluz, the principal or whatever of the school also knows his parents and he gets worried about the skills this kid has when said kid has no idea that what he has done is considered insane to most people. Probably, if he goes around talking about who his parents are people will def treat him differently and not like normal, which is the whole point of attending.
Its like that one anime where the grandpa teaches the kid how to be a super strong wizard but nothing else. Like the fact that his uncle is a king.
