I don't know much about relationships but I feel like they are acting like this so that they are getting bored of the relationship and they lost a part of themselves. Like I feel like they lost identity as an individual because they are putting this relationship first before then self.
Maybe they won't break up but take a break working on them self and funding what they want. Maybe spend more times on hobbies. But overall I hope this end in a good note
