I think Kaburagi is just a means to get at Onoe with since it riles him up easily. If he pursues either one of them romantically its likely gonna be Onoe. Probably in the end he will be likable though because I dont think I've read a yaoi from Natsume where any of the characters are totally unlikable.
I wish she will end up with senpai ^_^ ..
