The seme hasn't said that he was in love with the blonde guy, but it's pretty much obvious. For what I could understand, he doesn't feel like that anymore but the other guy does, I understood this from the scene where the uke said that the blonde guy's voice while talking to him after he found out they were together was filled with hostility, something like that.
